Over time, moisture and dust build up inside your aircond's evaporator coil and blower wheel. In Malaysia's humidity, this buildup can trap organic matter and contribute to musty odours.
A normal service cleans the filter and the parts you can see. A chemical wash uses a cleaning solution to dissolve the dirt and organic buildup that hides inside the coil, the blower, and the drain system.
