Cool Pro is a Malaysian aircond service company serving Kuala Lumpur and Selangor since 2015. We provide cleaning, chemical wash, repair, water-leak repair, gas-related services, installation, and maintenance for homes and businesses.

Our approach is simple: inspect first, explain the issue, then quote before any additional work begins.

OUR STORY

Built on a simple idea — do the job right the first time.

Cool Pro was founded in 2015 by Muhammad Umar — a certified aircond technician who started with one van, one toolset, and a straightforward promise: inspect the unit before recommending anything, and tell the customer the truth about what it needs.

As the business grew, Ayesha Umar joined to lead client care and operations — making sure every booking, follow-up, and warranty request is handled properly. Today Cool Pro is a family-run team serving homes, offices, cafés, and commercial spaces across KL and Selangor.

What we won't do: sell you a service you don't need, rush an install that should take two hours, or disappear after the job. Every service comes with a written report and applicable warranty terms.
