1. Copper Piping — Per Foot Rate by HP (first 6ft free with installation)
Rates reflect the thicker gauge and higher flow capacity required for higher-HP units. Actual quantity depends on the distance between the indoor and outdoor unit. Standard installation already includes up to 6ft — extra piping is only charged beyond that.
Above rate applies when copper, insulation, wiring, and drain are bought together. To buy any item separately — see the table below.

What's included in the basic cleaning price?
Filter cleaning, blower cleaning, coil surface cleaning, and drain flush. Ceiling cassette units also include a complete drainage check. Every job comes with a written service report.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Every job gets a written quote before work starts. Extra charges like copper piping, wiring, or high-rise access are quoted upfront if needed. Nothing is added without your approval.
Does chemical wash include gas top-up?
Currently we offer a free 20% gas top-up with every chemical wash. Refrigerant should not normally need repeated top-ups — if your system is low, we check for leaks first.

Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee for standard service within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Outstation or very remote areas may incur a small fee — we confirm before booking.
Is same-day service available?
Same-day service is available for most KL & Selangor areas if you book before 2pm. WhatsApp us with your location and preferred time — we'll confirm availability.
How often should I service my aircond?
Basic cleaning every 3-4 months keeps the unit efficient. Chemical wash every 12-18 months for most homes. Units running daily or in dusty areas may need it more often.
